      The Bug Man is one of the best businesses I've ever dealt with in Portland. They are thorough and friendly, reasonably priced and punctual. I have used them for years for everything from carpenter ants to moles. I highly recommend them. And I never forget their name. Thanks to everyone at the BugMan!

      What is so impressive about The Bug Man is their dependability, quality of service, honesty, and accountability. Whenever I have had to call them for pest service (in my case - ant infestation), the workers have arrived on schedule, completed my service in a very professional way - and even left me additional "goop" in case I ran into any additional ants! Also they were very willing to answer all my questions including what kind of ants I was dealing with, how they got into my home, and how to use the "goop" they provided (at no additional expense.) Also The Bug Man checked back to see whether the problem was resolved (which it was.) I felt the service I received was excellent, the price very fair, and I would highly recommend this local business to anyone who needs it. They care about their customers and it really shows.

      when we moved into our new house we discoverd that our pets had inherited the fleas that the previous owners left behind. It was terrible, they were going crazy and so were we. While we took them to the groomer to get rid of the fleas, the Bug Man came to our house and took care of everything very quickly so we could get back to enjoying our new home. We have also had him come take care of mice as well as a wasp nest. They are very friendly, professional and honest, I feel totally safe having them in my home and trust that they are not trying to rip me off. They have also done excellent work for a retail store where I used to work that had a mouse problem, very discreet and professional when customers were in the store. I would highly recommend The Bug Man!

      The Bug Man has helped us get control of a Box Elder Bug problem. These are pests that can come back year after year, but with The Bug Man's help, we no longer have to treat for the bugs every year and feel we have control of the problem. The Bug Man has also treated our house for ants and identified the animal that was damaging our yard (voles). One of the most valuable attributes of this company is it's honesty. They will tell you if you have a problem, or if you don't. I recommend them to all my friends.
