If you have your appliance repaired we will waive your service fee. We also provide a lifetime parts warranty and a one year labor warranty. We take pride in our customer service and our ability to repair a homeowner or business owners equipment and to be both fast and affordable. Because we understand that having a failed appliance is something that needs to be addressed quickly yet not break the bank. We also guarantee that our technicians will not smoke or leave dirt or trash in your home or property or the job is on us with our "Leave No Trace" Guarantee. So, Broken Appliance?       Do NOT pay anything to the Appliance Guys until the work is complete! If a part needs to be ordered-get the part# and order it yourself. We paid over $500 up front and 7 weeks later, we still have a broken fridge. They will not come back to finish the repair or refund our money. They won't even take or return our calls anymore!
