      Disheartening.

      My wife and I have been to TR many times in the past and have always found the food and customer service to be pleasant. Even enjoyable! On our most recent trip (Feb 27, '17) we didn't get any of the bread once seated as per usual but my wife's steak was well done and mine was medium-well; we both ordered medium. Once I got my drink upon being seated I didn't get a refill until my food was delivered to the table. I would have loved to speak to the manager about these issues but they didn't stop by the table as they usually do.

      Maybe it was just busier than normal and that's why things were so hectic? I don't know, but that sure is a possibility. This is the first time this has happened, so I'm not going to slander the restaurant. I am, however, a little disappointed.
