I had my roof put on by Terry Sowell roofing, however, after the roofing was put on there were problems. Their lack of customer service and following up with the customer is very poor. I have been trying for over two weeks to get a situation resolved. They either ignore or do not follow up with you. Very poor customer service after the sale.
