Connie, the owner is courteous and thorough. She not only owns the company but also gets her hands dirty doing the work too. We had her company do all of the tile work in both bathroom remodeling projects AND the repairs after having to have the whole house pipes replaced a few years later. She did a flawless repair and completed all in one day.
