less than 1 star- they don't even deserve the kindness of the "less than 1 star rating - The guys that were working on the counter surface in the apartment were 1st mixing the chemicals outside on the ground in someone's parking spot with no tarp down (which we were told was "safe and non-toxic" but had an extremely awful smell and the fact that the guy mixing was wearing a "mask") had no care that the chemicals hit the ground, that the housing complex has plenty of children and dogs running around, that the children and dogs could get the chemicals on them and get sick, and that a representative for "OSHA" stated that this was "OK" and did not have any regard for the people who were telling him about the smell and that people and animals could possibly get sick.
