Yesterday, 11/17/09, I called Roto-Rooter and found them to be arrogant, secretive and not-helpful on the phone. I hung-up.



I scrolled down and noticed and read the reviews from the previous customers and called Superior Rooter.



I found their dispatcher courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and informative about the fees for their services and is very good about following through with her word (fair and honest).



Their plumber was on-time, courteous, focused, knowledgeable, expedient, efficient (kept working until the drained cleared - quickly!), then wiped and cleaned the "gunk" in my shower, shower walls, and bathroom walls outside of my shower. WOW!!!



Mahalo to the previous customers for their reviews that helped me to make the decision to call Superior Rooter ( Like the "Got Wet" logo . . .).

My tenant told me about this company when he had a problem with the shutoff valve. I did not know who to call since it was a Saturday and my tenant said he heard good things about this company.
