my experience with superior Motor Services was very excellent it started with me calling Triple A because my car broke down.the driver Chris c was there within 15 minutes of me calling.I was highly upsetbut the driver calm me down walking to the vehicle open the door for me and then loaded it. the driver was very friendly and we had a nice conversation on the way to my automotive shop. Afterwards he didn't have to but he drove me home. I would recommend this shop to anybody the customer service was excellent.

This is my first of 2 interactions with this company. I called AAA because our old 2000 Ford had a dead battery and would not start. They arrived very quickly, and acted very professionally. they replaced the old battery in my drive way and the car has run great ever since

I am a AAA member, i recently called for service and repairs. Superior sent me a driver out to my house to pick up my car. The driver was very nice and kind. They serviced my vehicle , saved me 250.00 and then delivered the vehicle back to me. Way to go superior, thanks to Jim and mike , you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called AAA for the first time today because my gear shift was stuck, and they sent a tow truck from Superior. The serviceman was excellent! He showed me a quick fix for my problem, and I didn't have to take my car to a service station. He was so friendly and helpful - he really saved the day! I highly recommend them!

I was pulled over on RT #1 with a bad alternator. I called AAA. Superior Motors came to get me in 15 minutes. The tow driver was courtious and VERY professional. He even droped me off to work which was on the way to his station. They were all very helpful and professional. They even picked me up when the car was done so I could pick it up. I had a great experience even with a flat tire! I hit a pothole and later came out of work to find a flat tire. I called AAA and within 20 minutes a serviceman from Superior showed up. He was very helpful and quick to determine that I needed a tow because my rim was was bent. So he called the tow truck serviceman. I was thinking that it was going to take forever AND cost a lot but I was to be pleasantly surprised. The Tow Foreman Mike arrived and was nice and extremely handy. He fixed my rim and had me on my way in 10 minutes!! He was by far the best serviceman I have ever dealt with in that kind of situation. And he didn't charge me for fixing the rim. I only have AAA basic so I believe he could have asked for something. Mike the Tow Formean Rules!! And he is not har d on the eyes either:)

Called for tow and left my info on a tape (7:00 pm).They were to call me back in ten minutes.Never called back and when I called the next morning the guy didn't know anything about it.They are rude and incompetent. Stay away.
