We had carpet installed by their contractors 5 years ago approximately. They had to send someone out within a few months to tighten the carpet in the hallway, they tried to charge me but I fought it. The last room installed was a bedroom and the carpet buckled so badly we had to have someone come in and stretch it again. Superior Floor Coverings wanted to charge me $300 to do the 30 minute job. I was not happy with their customer service from the first issue to this last issue. I will never use them again.
