Sunrise did a kitchen remodel for me and I was completely satisfied. I would use them again with anything I needed to have done in my home. The cabinets they put on are really nice and I just love my tile.

Billy Porter (owner) came to my home and started the jobs that I paid him up front to do, but did not finish them. He took mt money and ran. Leaving me with more repair to do than when he started. He refuses to answer my callls or call me back. I am retired and handicapped, I do not have the money to fix what he did.

I had some home remodeling done by him. It took weeks when it should have been days. He did not do all the things he promised, and he flat out lied about the details.He starts someone else home and leaves you in a bad position.His employees complain that he does not pay them when he is uspposed to.I was terrified their were going to come after me.

He came here and gave me alot of empty promises. He left after weeks of not finishing my home, and I had to call him over and over again to get him back to finish. When he did not answer my call, I got my family, friends, the attorney get his his attention. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, unless you do not care if he comes and goes for moths on in.

H ecame into my home and promised all these things. He wrote a contract that stated stuff like "replace rotted out bathroom floor". He showed me pictures of his previous work, and gave me his references. Once he started it just drug on forever. Nearly two months later he still has not finished the entire job and he will not return my calls.Guess I was a sucker, but it does not make him less a thief and a liar.I can supply pictures if anyone wants proof.

This business is ran by Billy Porter. He makes empty promises and lies. He started my projects (gutted my bathroom, removed all my bedroom doors, and plastered some doorways) and then received a phjone call from his previous client. She was angry about him not finishing her house. So he left here for a few days. He left my with a gutted bathroom, no doors on my bedrooms, and an livingroom floor that had the carpet up and nothing put back down. After coming back, he would have his employees show up very early then most days leave for luch and not come back. I kept complaining about the length os time it was taking him to do anything, and how he was doing 5 seperate projects and finished none. I told him NOT TO START ON THE SECONG BATHROOM, until everything else was done. I came home to it being completely gutted out.Now 6 weeks later and he has not been here to work in 7 days, and he will not answer his phone.
