Used them for the first time for our Pool closing this year based on positive reviews. They were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful and did a thorough job. Price was reasonable too...Plan on switching to them for all pool needs next spring.

Ron is WONDERFUL!!!! As first time pool owners we needed A LOT of help and had questions when problems arose. Ron always made time to explain what the issues were and fix them for us! He does our weekly service and we couldn't be happier. Our friends and family always comment on how GREAT our pool looks time and time again. We got married last year and we were having company the day after the wedding and he made sure to be there to have the pool looking great. . A large tree branch fell during one of the windy nights we have had recently. It made a large, gaping hole in our pool cover. I called Suffolk Dependable Pool Service, since we had used them to service our pool last summer. They were there the next day to repair it and are monitoring it for any leaks. I want to thank them for going above and beyond. I usually do not bother with ratings, but I was just so impressed with them. We all need to keep the small businesses going. Especially the ones that exceed expectations! And I give this one 2 thumbs up!

I was unhappy with my previous pool company and decided to try Dependable Pool Care and am so happy I did. They were trustowrthy, reliable and got my pool up and running with very short notice before a party I was having that weekend. Ronnie was beyond polite and extremely helpful. I will definitely be sticking with them and would recommend them to others.

This is the best pool service we have ever had. We had to remove old liner and replace it. Randy was polite, dependable and did not "total" the area around the pool. There was not one plant that was smashed and he took all the pool debris with him! His assistant was also polite and they both did a beautiful job. I will be using this service again!

Called this morning to get my hot tub repaired, being a single working Mom I was worried how much it was going to cost me. Ronnie was incredible; came the same day, went and bought the part and installed it....my son is in there right now splashing around. He was honest, courteous and his price was more than reasonable. I am a District Manager for a retail company on Long Island and I will give out his card to everyone I know. I highly recommend him to you if you are reading this right now, I wouldn't even bother shopping around, just give him a call..you will be satisfied I promise!

These Guys are the best. they will let you know how to save money and help with the right way to open and close your pool. get on an agreement with them ASAP before the price goes up.
