Fence was installed too low, now that the grass is mature the gates don't open. called the office and the female on the phone said have a Blessed Day. No one came to correct the problem. i can't believe they are still in business.

The fence was installed right, no issues, great workers. There was an adjustment needed on one of the gates after installation. I contacted Mike 4 times and 4 times he promised to be here to correct the problem. One time he was just down the street and said he was on his way. I sat in my garage for an hour, he never showed up. Three more times he said he would be here, never showed. This is not the way you run a company. My wife and I had a lot of faith in Rocky, but he let us down. I am no one to complain about anything, but if you say your going to there "BE THERE". I ended up correcting the problem myself. :-(

Hired this company to insall a fence on my property. In the process, they distroyed one of our sprinkler heads and are ignoring our requests for them to replace it. It's been 3 weeks and the boards on the fence are already splitting, and they were hung noticeably crooked. Overall poor customer service, poor quality and a huge mistake.
