Was seen on Tuesday, and it was the slowest visit to an community care facility ever. Over an hour and there were not people in there. Then I was misdiagnosed with a viral infection and told if it was better by Friday to call and they would prescribe antibiotics. On Friday I called several times and was told they will call back and they never did. On Saturday I went to Community Care and was diagnosed with sinus infection and bronchitis.... 5 days I spent sick taking medication that wasn't helping what I had.

On two occassions this week I have walked into the office and each time the receptionist has said "I'll be with you shortly" while she is doing something on the computer. A gentlemen walked in behind me and she told him the same thing. He was obviously irritated by the fact that she was too busy with her computer to greet him and get him checked in so he left. I don't blame him as I have never had this problem when I have gone to the Urgent Care office until now. It frustrates me as well to the point that I will turn around and go somewhere else if this receptionist continues doing this. It is somewhat rude in my opinion.

I have been several times to this location. Dr. Eder is my favorite Doctor but the Physcians Assistants that have been there have done a great job. I have been pleased with the care & concern that was given to my family.

You can go into the office at anytime and they will not only listen but they will help you or refer you to someone who will help. I have found them to be professional and friendly.

This establishment employs unlicensed and untrained individuals for their "nursing staff."
