Gary at the San Antonio branch towed me and my car to the yard yesterday. He was sokind and friendly. Assured me accidents do happen and it is lives that matter. My first accident ever and of course my fault. He definitely help stop my tears. A real human being. Thank you, Gary

Can not tow a vehicle without causing damage, then will deny any involvement. Nothing more that a gaggle of scumbag pirates ! Would NOT let them tow a 1973 rusty pogo stick !!

Today 9-11-15 one of my commercial vehicles avoided an inattentive motorist on I-75 and ended up in the ditch. I called Stepps Towing and with in ONE hour the heavy tow truck arrived and was winching out my truck. The operator of the recovery vehicle was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The rate was extremely fair. I am very pleased and satisfied with the level service and the price.

They are not a good company

horrible, hired them to tow MY customers truck, there driver did nothing but bad mouth my company to my customer.

Very happy - They got me off the side of the road fast, and did not tear up my SUV in the process. Polite employee that did not make me feel uncomfortable riding along.. Would use them again!

They are a monopoly how can they have as many ptc permits as they want... Im on the way to bringing a service that cares about the people and not how much to give officials for monopolized bribes
