      314-520-7278 please contact me any time you feel a need. We have dozens of handwritten reviews on our website from many happy customers and we are also accredited with the Better Business Bureau. I do not allow the bad reviews to be removed from yp.com because although they are anonymous they are showing the date posted. When reviews are deleted they have to delete all the reviews at the same time. Yes the good and the bad reviews are deleted and the dates are reflected when new reviews are posted. I have two bad reviews from 2008. Honest if I was called I would have adressed this in 2008. So when looking at reviews online understand that no reviews or just one review is telling you something

      Great people and service. I called, explained my problem. . . and they had someone at my house within the hour. Very compassionate people, helpful, and nice. Thorough. Services/cost was very reasonable as well.

      I called and they came out the same day. Great service. Good rates. Office staff are wonderful about explaining how their electrician would call when he was on his way so I did not have sit and wait all day. Thanks again. Brian Hodges

      BAIT AND SWITCH.

      These guys bid a job at $1500 then, after I signed the bid, they tried to jack it up to $2,000. After calling the county office and asking for referrals (which they were unable to give) I was told that this was not the first time that Stpehenson did this and that it was common behavior for these guys to do that. BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

      I went with another company

      Had an electric line in my wall stop working. A week earlier a transformer outside my condo had exploded, I wasn't sure if they were related. Called Stephenson first. They sent a tech over who was very nice and professional looking. After popping off the cover of my circuit breaker box, he looked at the entire system and came to the conclusion that the entire system would probably need to be replaced. Verbal estimate was $1500, which then ballooned into $2000 by the time the official estimate was e-mailed to me. I ended up calling another local company. Their tech found the REAL problem in literally 2 seconds after taking off the circuit box cover - loose wires. total change? $105. Was it an intentional rip-off or total lack of knowledge and skill, I don't know. Either way, I saved $1900 by calling somebody else
