I have had a huge problem with this company. I called AAA Premier Services, they dispatched a driver from here who picked up my car, did not go to the Gibson Gate on Kirtland AFB, he went to the comercial gate. while I was trying to find him(and my car), he left a message. when I called back immediately I got their dispatch who told me he decided that we could not be found and dropped it and stored it at their facility. where upon they informed us we would need to pay storage fees and use another tow code. this is completely unacceptable. watch out for these guys. they seem to be out for more money.
