You pay for one unlimited garbage but if you put out more then normal they want to charge you extra! Use to be a good company but not anymore.
I use star at home and for my business. I highly recommend them, not only are they the cheapest but the customer service is awesome. Never thought I'd see a day when I got excited over a trash hauling company haha
I went with another company last month to save a few bucks but I just signed back up... Star picks up every week (even on holidays) without a day delay. They give you 1 free bulk item per month and they don't limit you on how much trash you have. I am so happy to be back with Star!
I have tried many garbage services this is the best one. They don't forget you like the others it really is a great value. Everyone is so kind...
I recommend this company to all my friends in Bethlehem. They are always friendly and ready to assist. I love being able to put out one large item a month without an extra fee. The pick up is always very quiet and my cans are never left in the middle of my driveway as happened continuously with other companies.

Poor service, paid for whole year and they don't take everything I put out? Not worth the couple dollars of savings. Don't make the same mistake I did!!
