With an eye for detail and design, I’ve been professionally staging since 2019. I work with realtors and homeowners to highlight a home's best aspects and get the home ready for a competitive market. Home staging has a huge impact on the buyer's perception of a home and I love helping clients through the process. In pre-staging consultation I choose updated paint colors, flooring options, passing along my professional discounts. In unoccupied homes, I use a full inventory of new furniture and furnishings for any and all rooms. When a home is occupied, I use suitable existing furniture and add new as needed.
