I highly recommend this company! They came out on a Sunday when we lost heat in December. They were very fast to discover the issue, order the part, and return to install the new part so that we could once again have heat in our home.

The motor went out on our heat pump. We called two local HVAC companies and got no response. Then we found Sprague! They answered the phone immediately and came right out. Professional and very reasonably priced. Friendly and got our repair done quickly. Thank you!

Gordon got our gas furnace working again very efficiently. He was professional yet relaxed, and more importantly, he liked our chihuahuas. He made friends with Sophie, and a valiant effort to win over Tsuki, but unfortunately Tsuki is neurotic and her distrust for everyone is relentless.

When we were purchasing our house the inspector noticed one of the burners on the stove top didn't work so the sellers called a repair person who said the unit was too old and the burner couldn't be fixed. We had Sprague Mechanical out and he fixed the burner easily and only charged $210. Great experience!
