I should of learn from my first year with this company. This is the 2nd year I used them for sprinkler service. I have a contract agreement with the yearly start up and shut down. First year took over 1 week to return calls after leaving several messages. He did a no show on the first appointment and the reschedule he just showed up hours later. This is the beginning of the 2nd year and again left several messages. Too over a week to call back- he gives lame excuses. Today had a sprinkler turn up schedule between 8am-10am.. it's now past noon and still no show after leaving several messages. I DO NOT recommend
