They were extremely courteous, my step son got himself into trouble. Buddy from Smith Bonds & Surety out of Fremont, OH was so helpful. He came to my house, explained the process very nicely. Was extremely courteous and reassuring. My wife was so worried about this and they came about and really helped us. They are very easy to work with and we had no issues at all.

My son was arrested a few days ago and I had no idea what to do. I found them in the phone book and had a number that I thought was close. Their agent Mac was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn't try and rip me off. He went so far as to come to my home so I didn't have to try and find their office or the jail downtown. They made this awful experience a much more pleasant and did care about myself and my son. I would recommend them for anyone!
