I don't know how they stay in business! If they're not answering their phones and returning customer calls, they're never at your home on a timely basis. If you have a plumbing problem, go somewhere else

Excellent and fast service, don't bother calling anyone else!

Smiley's repaired my water tank and faucet a few months back. I noticed water on the floor a few days ago, so I called them and explained the circumstances. I was told they would be over after fixing someones pump. That was 3 days ago! The leak has gotten so bad there is puddle on the floor. I have called, friends have called etc. Over a dozen times. They just say someone will be over, and now they wont even take the call. Smiley's does not guarantee their work. I am quickly becoming a victim of false advertisement and lack of loyalty. If you have a choice, call someone else or risk damage to your home. =(

I had a crack in the faucet under my house. They came out quickly, had the right replacement on the truck and fixed it right and fast, and were very reasonably priced. I am a happy customer.

I had called the day before and scheduled a plumber from this company to come at 10am for the next day. Nobody showed up, and when I tried to call the company nobody answered. I left two messages, and nobody returned my call. I eventually had to call another plumber from a different company.

Smiley's is hands down the best in the the region. If you live anywhere close to Aberdeen and are in need of a plumber then they are definately the ones to call first. I have seen their work on numerous occasions and have worked along side them for many years. If you have any plumbing problems then i would definately reccomend you call them and ask for Tony.
