A really straight up honest guy who is proud of the excellent work he does. VERY fair with his pricing. He shows up right away for any heat or hot water related issues. Can't say enough good stuff about him. I know the previous reviewer and she is well known around here for ripping trades off. She has done it to almost every contractor around here. THe true story is that she set him up, then shorted him $6K on the job and was trying to defraud the insurance company.

I had some plumbing repair work that required opening up walls and pulling up the kitchen floor. Upon completion of the plumbing work, the floor and the walls were supposed to be replaced. There was between 4 and 5 hundred square feet of drywall that needed to be replaced, primarily in the kitchen and the floor was approximately 190 square feet. The walls and the floor were installed in a slipshod manner - the previous floor was only partially removed and the new floor was laid on top resulting in remarkable unevenness and several electrical outlets and the power source for the microwave were walled in requiring breaking through to locate them. He billed this work out at $680 per day for ten days (7 days for drywall and 3 days for flooring) and said the materials were $2,200. When I questioned the charges and the quality of the flooring, he walked off the job having been paid over 90% of the estimate requiring me to scramble and hire new contractors to repair the shoddy work that
