0While I am somewhat satisfied with the end result, it was very painful getting here. The project took 20 weeks vs. the 10 weeks that was quoted to me. Communication along the way was poor. There were several mistakes due to poor project management. One of which was never really corrected. Not what I expected for the amount of money I paid.
Rich Peterson with Silver Springs Pools did a fantastic job and it’s exactly what we wanted! Rich is very easy to work with, stayed in budget and finished the job early! We are very happy with our beautiful backyard and Pool and will continue to enjoy entertaining our family and friends for years to come.
Rich Peterson's company (Silver Springs Pool & Spa) did a terrific job of constructing our pool & spa. The quality of the equipement and the overall design are absolutley first class.
The pool and spa were completed within the last year, and we have had a variety of pool parties since and the feedback from our family and friends is usually captured best as "This is one of the most beautiful pools we have ever seen".
We would highly recommend Silver Springs to any family searching for a reputable pool and spa builder.

NO CHANGE ORDERS!!!! Once a price has been agreed to, that is the price you pay. In this economy some companies under bid to get the job and add change orders once the project begins. Get it in writting "NO CHANGE ORDERS", period. We are very thorough in the planning/pricing stages and cover what is necessary for your complete project. We will put this in writting. With our state of the art 3D image designs, you will see your finished project from any angle. Get real perspectives, even from inside your home. You will hear the sounds of your future water features and the crackling of your fire pit. The days of trying to figure out whats what on a black and white sheet of paper are over.
