Occassionally the service will skip a delivery. If we run out of water I call the phone number listed. It is a 1-800 number and I held Friday 40 minutes before I got someone, was promised water today.They need to have a local number or at least someone who will answr the phone. If there was another service available I would definately check them out.Poorly run company if you ask me. Customer service is everything and they do not have that. Drivers are very congenial but have no authority. Telephone consultants also have no authority. People in posistion to do something are totally unreachable.I have been on the phone today, listening to this terrible music, if I wasn't already in a bad mood I would be after listenig to this music. I work in a customer service industry and we would not be in business if our cutomers could not reach us. You may record the calls but obviously do not care what the customers say. It took 35 minutes today. I was told a manager will call, lets see.
