My truck broke down at 615 in the morning in the middle of the road. The tow driver was there within 10 minutes of being called. He was very nice and had me sit in his truck to stay warm (it was February). He then took my truck and I to the shop, waited while I talked to the repairman and then drove me home. All costs for the tow were added to the repair cost so I didn't have to write another check or get cash. If I break down again, I'll definitely call Shoemakers.
