iShane was great! I liked that I spoke with him directly before scheduling the service call (and he was right by the phone; I didn't have to wait for a technician to call me back at his/her convenience), and it helped to explain my situation so he could come prepared with the required part. I called at the end of the day and was facing an overtime charge, which was still very reasonable, but he came out and fixed the problem quickly enough so I didn't incur the extra fee. He was happy to answer all of my questions while he was working on my unit and told me what I could do in the future if I want to troubleshoot on my own. He was pleasant, very professional and didn't waste any of our time. I am putting his number in my contacts so I don't have to go through the hassle of calling various people and price shopping. And his price was almost half of other quotes I received...thank you, Shane!!

Shane & Sons came to my home after having a furnace problem and no heat. Right from my first call to finishing the job everyone was so polite and courteous. They did a great job and I was absolutely amazed with how nice everyone was. Very reasonably priced and they do not take advantage of you like my past experiences with some of the "bigger" companies. I highly recommend this company and I have passed their info on to many friends in case they ever need heating and cooling work done.

Prices are the lowest in town. A/C or furnace cleaning only $49.95 that's $20.00 or more less then other company's. Duct cleaning $149.95 and there furnaces installed with the product they are installing RHEEM there price is more then fair. this company goes the extra effort for there customers. I am happy to wright a review for them they are a great company to do business with.

Shane has been servicing my furnace, air cleaner, and air conditioning systems for several years, and I have never had an issue arise during the in-service seasons. He is prompt, careful and thorough. Highly recommended!

I called Monday morning and was scheduled for an appointment that afternoon, I told them it wasn't an emergency, but they said it was a quiet day. I work until 4pm, so made the appointment for 4:30pm, when I got home at 4:25pm there was a message from Shane to call him, I did at 4:30 and he was there about 10 mins later. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and intall the new breaker. He showed my husband how to clean the outdoor unit as he said it was very dirty. I would definitely call him again with any future HVAC issues. His receptionist was pleasant and he was prompt and professional

I was very satisfied with the installation of the new furnace and A/C. The installer was prompt, courteous and professional. I would surely recommend Shane and Son's to anyone who is in need of a new furnace and A/C. The installer took time to explain what was being done and also explained how to use the new digital thermostat. The system is working well and was installed just in time for the hot summer.

shane and sons installed my furnace and A/C just over a year ago. Knowing a hot day was coming I decided to turn it on but nothing was working. I called shane to have him come out and see what was the problem. He said they were busy but he would be out as soon as he can just be patient. Around 2 hrs later shane shows up him self. I stated I thought you were going to be a while then we laughed. he went right to work and found out my grandkids turn off the furnace in the cellar while they were playing. Shane turned it on checked the system out to make sure all is well. then to my surprise didn't charge me. He stated it was still under his labor warranty. and he didn't feel right to charge for something like that. when he sold me the furnace and a/c shane told me he gives the best customer service in the area. and tody he proved it.

Let me start by saying SHANE is open and honest. I had shane come out to give me a quote on a new A/C system for my house. A 2ton unit. when shane was done going over what i need for my house. he stayed a little longer to explain the pro's and con's of other models. he also told me since this is a big discission i should get a couple more quotes.( he gave me a few pointers on what to ask also) he told me straight out he may not be the lowest price but has the best customer service out there. so i took his advice. I called three other company's. one company was lower and other two over. and after asking multiple question i see what shane meant. most company's have multiple employees who do different jobs so you may never see the same person twice. that made me feel like i was just a number. not a customer. shane,s son DAVE installed my A/C and everything went smoothly. explaining every step. and showing me how to prep it for winter. thank you shane's i will recommend you to everyone.

I called two other company's for a quote on a new furnace and neither bothered to call me back. when i called shanes i got his wife who had him came right out to talk to me. we decided to put in a new one on Friday. what a great response

Will tell everyone what a great Job they did. Had shane come out to look at my Duct work because Black Stuff was coming out from vents. After a thorough inspection he found a crack in my heat exchanger. Shane gave me a quote on a new furnace. Then told me to get a couple Quotes. After talking to two more company's I went with Shane and sons. Prices were fair but service was beyond my expectation

Called Sunday afternoon because our furnace was not working. Shane was there in 30 min. checked the furnace and found the problem right away. (blower motor). shane gave me a price to repair then gave other options to replace furnace. What I liked was the way he did it not being pushy. He left to go get motor which was great on a sunday to have one. Got us heat and yes we are replacing furnace. He didn't even charge us for the work he did said that's how he treats all his customers the way he likes being treated. going to recommend him to everyone I know friends, family and co-workers.

Thursday we woke up to no heat. After calling around, we found Shane and sons. Shane came right out, took the motor to his shop, fixed it, and replaced it. Within a couple hours we had heat restored and for a very reasonable price! Thank you Shane for your great service!

Called for a service call at 11pm at night. shane tried to give me some advice to see if i could get it working by myself. After a short conversation we realized i needed service. the tech showed up in under 30 min and to my surprise it was shane him self. he replaced my igniter and had me heat in minutes. great service

My wife called shane in a panic about water around the furnace we put in in September. shane came right out. after checking everything he found it wasn't the furnace but a leak in a pipe. Shane then stayed and helped clean up the water made sure everything was running proper. then didn't charge us for anything. cant believe the customer service best i have ever seen.

Very polite and professional. Quickly diagnosed our problems, and quick to fix them, while being very specific as to what they were doing, and even rebuilding a fan back at their shop to keep our cost down,...all in the same day!

Shane came out in October to clean my furnace. Then had to comeback in December to fix it. when he was done fixing it he told me there was no service call charge. I asked why he explained to me when he does a clean and check he gives a GUARANTEE that the furnace is good for the winter and if something happens he comes back for free and only charges for the part. that is the best service i have ever got from any company. I am going to give his name out to everyone i know.
