He was quite arrogant and rude when I was asking him questions. He did do the job, but quite a hefty bill. I called another company, and their rates were a lot less. They were not rude to me either.

Did a very good job of fixing boiler, asking him back to do major repairs.

Very good service, compotent and knowledgable technicians. Even though they are very busy, they made time to come when I had no heat. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. I plan on doing more business with them in the future. I also checked with the BBB and they are in excellent standing.
