This co. came right out when I had complete flooding of my 3/2 property from a broken toilet tank when no one was in the house for 3 days. I had changed insurance carriers and found out afterward that I wasn't covered. This co. charged me $8,000. I found several erroneous charges among the line items on their invoice which they eventually deleted at my insistence; however, I have no doubt that they padded the time it took to dry out the house and anything they could on the bill. I would NEVER call them again and highly question their integrity.
