I contacted Ross after a renter destroyed my house. I contacted him on 2/17 and seeked his help with the aid of my insurance to get my house back in order. I contacted him regularly wanting to know if any progress was going to be made on my house. He was full of reasons to why he had done nothing and loved to point the finger. Finally after almost 6 month he was able to get his bid finished to submit to the insurance. It is 8/20/17 and he has done nothing or had anyone do anything to my house. I offered money to get started months ago and he refused to do anything. I keep asking for answers to when it will be done or started or time lines and will not give a straight answer. He said "you have 275 sq ft of tile to do and that takes 2 weeks to prep and install" and my husband said "it's on a cement slab" He said "well another week to install cabinets" and my husband had installing them should only take a day or two because this is a rental home they will be prefab cabinets." He does not even do the work but finds contractors to do it for him and makes money off them too. He wants me to sign a contract agreement plus Now he is wanting money from me for the work he has done because I am seeking contractors to finish my house. I will be reaching out to the BBB.. It is sad that we trust in people to do the right thing and they want something for nothing.. Ross is his name and never do business with Servpro!! I would put 0 stars if I could. Horrible!!!
