I called these people a few months ago for my ac at my home and they arrived 3 hours late, then when they got there they sat outside over 30 minutes where I had to go out and ask them to please do what they needed to do as I had somewhere to go. Once they came in they found the problem and had to return days later to actually fix it. The Ac was working good and they apologized for the inconvenience. I then asked them to go over to my moms house to simply service her A/c .. cleaning etc as she was an elderly women and hadn't had it done in years. Corinth and Hansel said text me her address and we will go over and help her. This never happened. They gave me the run around for weeks, and months, Corinth even text me saying they were coming and still never showed up, gave them the address twice, called again , rescheduled and hansel called and said the weather wasn't looking good we will go on Thursday , this never happened, I called left a message. they text me and said they will call when they were on their way, but again they never showed up. so I called them to just ask what was the problem was it the area she lived in or what? just say we don't service that area. but what ever the problem was. This was nothing I had ever seen regarding a company and how they handle a customer who is paying and just wanted a simple service on an ac. they gave me the run around and no call.. this is customer service I tell You.. maybe its because it wasn't enough money or was it because we were of color. Hum? not how business is done.
