They were unprofessional in that I was scheduled to have my carpets cleaned for a home move out and the day of the appointment they were a no show. They did not call and give me any explanation. I called them three times and no answered. As a customer I expect a business to keep me informed of changes. I had to call and schedule with another company who did an excellent job. In the future if you are trying to grow your business try being professional and courteous to your customers.

They did such a good job on my home that we referred them to my mother. We all just love them. They are very courteous and nice. They were on time and kept their original appointment! We all plan on using them again next year.
