I would like to thank everyone at St Augustine Sea Tow . We were 44 miles offshore when we had power failure resulting in below voltage needed to run my optimax engines . We first called the coast guard to report problem and have them radio Sea Tow for us. No call was returned when we haled the C.G. Luckily Sea Tow Jax heard the call and relayed us to St Augustine S.Tow Capt.Chris responded to our call got our heading and said he was on the way . We had a little anchor drift and moved about a mile for our location . Capt Chris still found us and tried give us a jump to no avail . After some troubleshooting with no luck . Capt Chris said it time to tow so we made the best of it and ran a spread with the Capt ok . Sure enough a nice 25 lb bull hit the spread and in short work he was in the box . It was a beautiful night so star grazing and trash taking filled the time during the long ride In . We hit the dock at 2:30 am tired and grateful that Sea Tow was our lifeline home . Thank you !!
