We told one of our customers to call Sawyer's towing to pick her car up and bring it to us and the customer told us that the boy from Sawyer's was talking bad about us. She told him all she wanted him to do was to tow the car to us and she did not want to hear anything bad about S&B because she has used us for many years and never had one problem with anything. When we called Sawyer's to let them know about the incident and what had been said to our customer, we were told that they were not responsible for what was said by their employees which is highly uncurtious and unprofessional. The gentleman continued to say bad things about our company to our own employees. We will now take our business elsewhere and no longer use Sawyer's as our go to for towing and I would recommend that everyone else do the same.
