Snake Touch, I meant Safe Touch! I signed for a 3 year service agreement years ago with Gary Merrell, and paid up front to say the 10%. Now they are billing me for service and after carefully re-reading what I signed, they are trying to hold me to a new agreement because they have had to fix the system that did not work up to the day I had to have it removed from the new Alarm company! Additionally they just raised their rates.. Be careful, you do not really get what they sell you. I did owe a $5.95 price increase that I did not agree to and over time it grew to over $100.00. and then guess what they stated to do! They additionally called and woke me up several times around 1am-3am to let me know the window was not working. I found out by reading other reviews on-line that this is a tactic that Safe Touch uses to collect on their invoices that are overdue. I also found out through my research that continue to pay reputation companies off to keep their name clean. I suggest you look at Yelps reviews because they do play into the pay offs. Beware of this company!

I used Safetouch for 4 years and was always pleased with their quick response and attentive service. Had I not moved out of their service area, I would still be using them today. I would and have recommended this service to family and friends.

After 2 armed burglaries in my (gated) complex and a murder the next town over I decided it was time for an alarm system. After dealing with a few salesmen from other alarm companies I called Safetouch. They sent out their sales rep Brian. He was very polite and explained the system in and out. When I didn't pass the credit application, he had a back-up plan. Brian went out of his way to make things work. Rob the installer was out in 2 days and did a complete install. Rob was polite, professional and cleaned up after himself before moving on to his next task. I perform monthly tests on my system without notifying the monitoring office and have always had an extremely fast (as advertised) response time. With the two-way communicator Safetouch is the only way to go! Read through your contract. You will see a 36 month contract with an auto renew for 2 years if you don't write to cancel within 60 days! It's there in plain English, anyone who complains about this hasn't read through the agreement. Thank you Safetouch! I will be sure to post and update if my experience changes. Josh Lambert

When shopping for a security system there are many factors that I considered. When I read the ADT contract and it stated that they would "attempt" to call the police if my alarm went off, I was floored. Why would I pay a dime, let alone the $2,000 over 36mth for an attempt. In the Safe Touch contract it clearly states that they "will" contact authorities. That was enough for me. Sincerely, Roger Green
