They destroyed ALL the data on my PC, losing years of work.Hired them for a routine maintenance, diskdrive clean-up service.(I believe SH calls it System Clean Deluxe.)Picked the"all-done"PC up in the evening,got home late,didn't plug in or use it til next day.*SH had loaded the wrong data* -someone else's disk drive- onto my PC. I was confused at first,&scared; thought perhaps I'd missed finding their reload folder,that the problem was somehow my fault.Not 24 hours after I'd picked it up I got the PC back to SH, but they'd*already re-used*their backup drive with my data on it,completely erasing everything! I was in shock over the loss of years of work -not just mine but also my spouse's.Our own backups were made useless because they were PC restores.I've spent untold hours to rebuild a fraction of what was lost.Although in shock,I calmly,reasonably,in my conversation w/SH's owner,explained we deserved compensation > a refund.*I never even got a refund*.They're neither safe nor a haven
