The WORSE CAR SERVICE EVERRRR! And I'm very honest about it. First that Woman! Who Answers the phone is very arrogant & Rude. Secondly, 90% for their drivers are NOT NYC TLC certified, but they will over charge you for a simple ride. Oh, and most of their drivers car is dirty and unsanitary. I would not recommended this horrible! Car Service to any one.

I always get exceptional service at Rose N Dale Car Service. The drivers are always on time and the workers have great customer service skills. During the recent snow storm most of the car services were closed; however, I got a cab at Rose N Dale Car Service to take me to work so that I could take care of the patients that needed me. Some of my friends would have called out from work if the drivers were not working because it was almost impossible to drive due to the terrible weather condition. I sincerely recommend the car service to everyone and I appreciate the drivers and other workers who worked during the snow storm.

Driver is 15mins late, & remains on his phone while driving and texting .. @my expense. . By far the worst driver I have come across..

Never on time. The ladies that work there at rude and unprofessional. Dont waste your time... called a hour a head for a cab and they still cant get it right.
