They charged over 100$ for a 3.5 mile tow and are rude and uninformative anything for a dollar

What a trashy place with even trashier people that own it. The place looks like a sh!thole junkyard, and the office is a dirty smelly little shack.They towed my husbands vehicle after an accident and stole everything out of it claiming that it was either never in there or that the officers at the scene of the accident took it. I have tried to be cordial with them and they have really bad attitudes, basically telling me that I can't prove it and I can't do anything about it. The owner is the biggest D-bag in Tampa, just call him yourself and you'll see. We've already submitted a complaint to the BBB. I hope you thieves enjoy our property, anyways you probably need it more than we do.
