Didn't finish job correctly in 6/12, when sink totally stopped draining I called and spoke to John 4 times, 3 of those times he made appointment between 10&12...never showed, never called. Last conversation on 10/31/12 was all trick no TREAT, wouldn't explain why he blew me off and ended by saying we must Of talked to someone else and HUNG UP! word of mouth ...never will recommend him to ANYONE!

Called Rooter Right Now for sewer backup. Spent over an hour in my home, dragged dirty coils across my carpeting and charged me $140. The same problem recurred only 9 days later. Had another company do the job that day and was told RRN did not remove the roots that were causing the problem. RRN would not any portion of the money I had paid and hung up the phone on me.

John is professional, friendly, and efficient. Very affordable!

3pm on Saturday water started coming into our basement through the floor drain. Once the washing machine finished, the water drained back, but obviously we had a problem. I called around 4:30pm, he arrived around 7 and stayed until 9:30. He solved the problem and charged us $95. I added a $55 tip. I thought the service and his attitude were terrific.

Prompt, excellent "detective," hard worker, great job, exceptionally low price.
