I called for an esimate to check a soft spot on the flat part of my roof. The individual who answered the phone was polite and friendly and said he would have the estimator call in the afternoon. The estimator called us in the afternoon but we were unable to return the call that day. I called again on Mondya and he went off! Told me that if I "hide" from him now how would he ever get paid. I apologized for his inconvenience but he simply continued with his extremely rude behavior. I would not recommend this company, can't imagine what working with him would be like after his attitude on the phone. So glad I did ot make that mistake!

This company makes promises they cannot keep. Schedules appointments and then does not show up. LB uses fowl language along with unprofessionalism and poor judgement. Tried to take advantage of our elderly parents and when the family stepped in he became vicious. You will get what you pay for if you use this company. A nightmare that went on for months. Learn from our mistakes and go elsewhere. Never experienced anything like this in our entire lives.

I had my roof redone by Nastar Roofing.They say first impression is every thing there right. When I called for an estimate the phone was answered by a very pleasant and friendly voice.Next was a call back by the estimator to set up an appointment at my convenience. He arrived promptly at the time I requested.I was impressed with the way they approached the job, first the owner himself came to my house and introduced himself and then started working with the guys. I don’t know how they could have worked so hard it was above 90 degrees that day, but they worked until it was done. At the end of the day they raked, picked up all the nails and hauled away the old roof.I definitely will recommend Nastar Roofing.

Nastar recently did some roofing work on the house that I am renting part of. I have a one bedroom one bath at the rear of the house.I would not refer Nastar to my worst enemy if I had one! A few observations:I had to pick nails out of my driveway. I counted 19 before I couldn't see anymore. Hopefully there are no more, I don't need a flat tire in my own driveway.The first time I mowed my lawn after they finally finished I ran over two metal pieces that had held up the old rain gutter. I turned off the lawnmower and found 12 more. They are piled up next to a tree so I can show my landlord.About two weeks into the project I came home to leaks in my apartment. One of the leaks was about a foot away from my 1000 dollar HD TV. Needless to say I was not happy. Nastar did fix it, 3 days later and at my landlords insistance.I actually called Nastar myself in April because they had left a pile of concrete board on the side of the driveway and a 40 foot long gutter laying in m
