First of all, the address listed is false. The address is a trailer that Laursen sold, "remodeled" and flipped. He then came back a few months after flipping and stole building materials out of the yard. He even stole the front steps, leaving the new owners with no way of entering the premises.

Laursen isn't a professional roofer. The roof on #34 collapsed within two years of his so-called "repair." He also claims to be a carpenter but all the work inside the premises is shoddy. He uses materials that he either steals or salvages from other jobs (example - the dropped ceiling in the master bedroom consists of reused tiles that are stained and full of holes. And they're fastened with the type of nails used to attach housewrap. There isn't a single "repair" or "improvement" in that premises that was done correctly or with new materials.
