As owner of Ronin Computer Services, i would say that there are 3 key things that need to happen for the client and for myself when finding and implementing solutions: Honesty, integrity and dilligence. These 3 things because of their obvious virtues and simplicity i feel need no further explaination. In addition, i believe that an often overlooked aspect of this kind of service is having people who can speak to people. Not just being friendly but being informative without being condescending.
