Marcello got my cat out of the...

Marcello got my cat out of the tree at 8:00 AM on A Saturday! What a great guy! The cat was 40 feet up a blue gum euclyptus -- Marcello climbed like a cat, but unlike the cat, he got down. He was professional, friendly, responsive and reliable. I will hire him to work on our trees, too!
