I hired Rick's Towing service to tow our car from Grayville, Il to Louisville, KY. The distance from Grayville, Il to Louisville, KY. is 150 miles, but the Rick's Towing is over charged us $150 dollars for an extra 50 miles, because they counted the mileage from Mount Vernon, IL, where their tow truck is originated from. The distance from Mount Vernon, Il to Grayville, Il is 50 miles. We have our car towed from Grayville, Il to Louisville, KY, not from Mount Vernon, Il to Louisville, KY.

I asked the Owner of Rick's Towing for the refund for the difference in mileage, but the owner refused to give the refund back. The Owner and Rick's Towing service failed to disclosed about the extra mileage before the service, and expected the customer to pay for the extra mileage. They failed to let the customer know about their shady towing service. The Owner is a cheater. It's a rip off service from Rick's Towing.

I had a flat on the interstate and my insurance called Rick's Towing Inc. I was surprised how quickly they got to me (within 25 minutes). I had been unable to get my old tire off my car(looked rusted). They knew exactly what to do and had the tire changed and had me back on the road within five minutes. I recommend Rick's Towing Inc. to anyone who needs wrecker service :)
