My goal is to make the client's buying/selling process run as smoothly as possible. My professional experiences help me achieve this goal. I started in sales marketing/sports marketing for Anheuser-Busch, where I learned grass-roots marketing at it's best. Marketing real estate properties is one of my strengths as I apply a grass roots marketing approach. I later became a marketing communications specialist at A-B, writing & producing a variety of communications materials for the company. It was during this time that I went back to school for a master's degree in marketing communications. I feel my written & verbal communications skills are excellent and really help when communicating with clients. Creative Director in Sales Promotions was my next move at A-B. I worked with wholesalers to develop branded promotions. Once I left A-B, I moved into interior design for FLAIR. I worked with real estate agents to stage their for-sale properties and with metro area builders to develop their model homes. This experience is priceless in helping buyers stage their homes and getting them ready to sell. A well-staged home sells twice as fast and up to 10% more than houses that don't present well. Staging is not a luxury, it's a necessity in this market.
