Run away as fast as you can from Reese Roofing. Didn't perform to the contract. Skylights were not all raised as to the contract. 5 of 11 skylights leak and cannot be opened due to improper flashing and not raised. Now I have severe leaks ruining the new woodwork in my home. This work was completed beginning of May 2020. We contacted him on May 23. It is now August 13th and have heard nothing but excuses. He came out once by himself to look at the job and forcefully broke my window screen and said he'll buy me a new one. It's been nothing but excuses why he can't come out. Unfortunately Looks like I need to go to the authorities. He should not be in business.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! We hired this company in November of 2019 Heres a list of the issues we had:

1.) Paid 50% downpayment for "Special order material", which was never ordered or installed.
2.)Did not show up on the contracted date, Installation took 4 times longer than contracted.
3.) The owner and GAF certified roofer (Brooke Reese) was never on site for installation. Construction had to be stopped several times due to unskilled and unsupervised labor(Underlayment installed improperly, Drip edge installed improperly, Flashing installed impoperly).
4.) Brooke demanded an additional 30% charge, claiming that he needed addtional material or he would pull off the site and leave the roof unprotected.
5.) Brooke verbally accosted and bullied me in our conversations threatening legal action.
6.) GreenSky financing was used through Reese. Brooke attempted to access our account and transfer funds illegally. We had to freeze our accounts.
7.) Upon completion of the roof we had to withhold final payment. The roof failed final inspectioin do to improper drip edge installation and the sheathing was never cut open uder the ridge vents(Making them useless for venting). Brooke told me that it wasn't their responsability that it didn't pass and demanded payment.
8.) Reese Roofing left the yard a mess with garbage, roofing debree, nails and cigerette butts, they only returned to clean when denied payment.
9.) When they pulled their dump trailer out of our driveway they forgot to raise the trailer jack and damaged the year old concrete driveway(no compensation was offered).
10.) Reese roofing was paid in full upon passing final inspection and clean up. But to this date we have not recieved our warrenty which was paid in full. Reese Roofing refuses to respond to our requests for our warrenty.
11.) As of today May 20th 2020 there is still a leak in our roof where it wasnt flashed correctly.
