Good Service

Ray's installed a complete brand new HVAC unit. The unit had problems. Although it was new it eventually had too many problems and decided to replace it. I have to say that Ray's was there every single time we needed them. They really went the extra mile for us. The unit installed sucked and should have went for decades but we gave up on the unit but not Ray's. If the unit worked as it should have I would have given them 5 stars but since they chose the unit and didn't make the unit I gave them 4.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. They were annoyed when I complained about 3 rooms not properly being cooled. I had to have the entire a/c system redone due all of the errors caused by Ray's HVAC. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT call Ray's for any type of HVAC service work. Don't be fool by their professional act. Save yourself $12k and call a real a/c co.
