Hello and Welcome: My name is Matt and I live in the park. I have been living their for approximately 4 years. My opinion and thoughts of the park are as follows:



I moved into the park in 2005. The park is a great park if you want to be close to Elementary, Middle and High Schools. The park is close to shopping and two freeways. Their are Gas stations pretty close by. Regarding wildlife, we have different bird species. Their is little traffic noise. When their is traffic it is because of the Richland Elementary School letting out the children, parents and school buses picking up the children.



The air traffic noise comes from Airplanes and Helicopters. That is on occasion. You can also hear a train going by. We have a mostly elderly community. Shortly before I moved in it was switched over from a senior community park to a family park. If you are have small kids, and are a looking for a mobile home park that has a playground for them to play in, this is not the one for you and your family. Their is a small pool, clubhouse, RV and Travel Trailer storage, a small basketball court. If you play billiards ( pool) their is a table inside the clubhouse, but you have to have your own rack, balls, chalk and cues. The speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Their is NO street parking.
