During our installation the installer named Greg was very kind. He even at one point came down the ladder to help us understand the construction situation. He was very helpful in answering all of our questions and acted in a professional manner. Did a great job we were very pleased with the overall product. We would recommend going with them.
The man came out to inspect our gutters. I was in the process of explaining to him that I have had several complaints about gutters in the complex. He essentially told me that I don't know anything and that he won't do anything for me. I told him he was a jerk and to leave. I have been the association president for 3 years and this was the first time I have ever been treated so rudely. It seems obvious to me that I would call a professional out to look over our gutters. Little did I know I would be criticized for not knowing everything about gutters. I would not recommend this business simply for the fact that I was treated so poorly. I was definitely disappointed. Our first time meeting was over within 2 minutes and my first impression was that I was not impressed. His attitude, demeanor and words were offensive.
Tom came out immediately to give us an estimate and came back quickly to install the gutters and downspouts we needed. Price was right, and the workers were extra careful even around my flowers! They were also very knowledgeable and even tested the gutters with water before they were done. Would recommend to everyone.
They came to my house on schedule and examined all the options took all the measurements and advised me as to the best placement of down-spouts. Price was right and they came back to install on the day they said they would and were finished and cleaned everything up. Hardly knew they were there, except for the new gutters. I recommend them to everyone.
Estimate was promptand easy to understand what I was being quoted in the price. Installation done on time. Done right the first time!!! Professional job, gutters actually drain (unlike my old gutters).
Free bid was completed the day I called. Very straight forward pricing and explanation of previous gutter problems. Installation was done right the first time. I even saw them put water in the gutters to make sure they were draining correctly. My old gutters did not drain properly, now I am all set.
