They gave me a run around and refused to do the warranty repairs. Will know to avoid them in the future. Highly NOT recommended.

I was actually referred to Rainbow Muffler by a mechanic at a nearby car dealership to see if they would quote me a better price for an exhaust system replacement. Rainbow was able to replace the resonator without having to replace the entire exhaust system, saving me 900 dollars. Josh was very helpful and service was relatively fast. I would recommend Rainbow Muffler to family and friends.

The customer service I received from Tim was inspiring and I do no think I will take my cars anywhere else and I will recommend this Rainbow Mufflers to all my family and friends. I took my car to another Rainbows in March and by June I had the same break issue but now my calibers where bad too. When I took my car back to the other location I was told I would have to repay for the service I already paid for plus service for the calibers. I called Bishop Rd's Rainbow to get the name of the district manager and spoke with Tim. When I told Tim about my experience he aid he would look into it and call me back. Once Tim called me back he went over the warranty for he service I paid for and offer to just charge me for the calibers. He made everything simple and he did what was right for me the customer and for his company. Thank you Tim, not every company or manager thinks about his customer too!!!
